DELIVERY
Each piece is prepared with care and intention.
As a made-to-order brand, we require 10–14 business days to prepare and dispatch your order. This timeline allows us to maintain quality, precision, and thoughtful production.
Once your order is ready to dispatch, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details. Delivery timelines after dispatch may vary slightly depending on location.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We currently offer domestic delivery only.
EXCHANGES
As a made-to-order brand, we offer size exchange only.
We are pleased to provide one size exchange per order within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed• All original tags must remain attached• Item must be returned in its original packaging• No alterations must have been made |
Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size and are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
To request a size exchange, please contact us before returning your item. Exchange instructions will be provided upon approval.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds are issued only in the case of a confirmed faulty or incorrect item.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
